Upon the company’s important change of operational strategy, events of big social influence or serious accidents and other events that concern the benefit of the society, employees, customers or suppliers, the board of directors will be notified in a timely manner, and, upon relevant stipulations, the company would disclose the information by telephone, media, announcement and press conference, etc, to the society, employees, customers and suppliers.
